製作太趕來不及說明，這是蝦餅製作流程
1.取基本內餡(蝦子)
2.如果有加料的話，把基本內餡放碗內，取進階內餡，到碗處和基本內餡揉合
3.到餅皮區將皮夾著內餡，把餅的內餡拍平
4.把餅放入炸鍋(可放置)，等待起鍋，太硬會不能出餐
5.用菜刀把餅切片裝盒
6.(如果有需要)倒入預先做好的醬汁
7.出貨
